RETURNS POLICY: This return policy pertains only to NEW, UNUSED Products purchased directly from acuchinahitchin.co.uk. To return a new, unused products to Acuchina Hitchin please contact us directly for their return within 14 calendar days of the original date of purchase. Customised, damaged, altered or used products are not eligible for returns.

Once the return is authorised by Acuchina Hitchin , a Customer must return the original product in its original condition and in its original packaging.

All returned products must be received at Acuchina within 30 days. All shipping costs for returning products to Acuchina are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Returned products not in compliance with the above requirements will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the Customer. When Acuchina receives a properly returned Product, a refund will be issued based on the original method of payment.
